There are two main types of Hastelloy C22/C276 Pipes and Tubes:

Hastelloy Seamless Pipes and Tubes – These are created by drawing the material from a solid piece and then cold-drawing it to achieve the final size. They offer uniform dimensions, excellent corrosion resistance, cost-effectiveness, and consistency.
Welded Pipes and Tubes – These are produced by rolling plates and then welding them. Methods like laser welding, high-frequency welding, and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding are used to create strong, seamless pipes.

Hastelloy Cold Drawn Pipes and Tubes offer better machinability, increased strength, and consistent quality compared to hot-rolled ones. Their performance is higher due to their stable microstructure and enhanced physical properties. Hastelloy C22/C276 Pipes & Tubes are made through mechanical treatments, electroplating, or machining. Both the inner and outer surfaces are electro-polished for a smooth finish.

These pipes and tubes come in four shapes: round, rectangular, square, and cut-to-length. They are available in different lengths, including double random, single random, and cut-to-length options.
