Alloy Steel F91 Flanges are made from a combination of carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, chromium, and molybdenum. The 4% chromium content helps improve the material’s corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Delta Steel manufactures Alloy Steel F91 Flanges in various shapes, sizes, and dimensions. These flanges are strong, with a minimum yield strength of 275MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 485MPa.
These flanges meet various standards like ASME B16.47 and B16.5. They come in diameters from ½ inch to 36 inches, with pressure classes from 150 to 2500 and pressure ratings from PN6 to PN64. The A182 F91 Flanges are available in different face types, such as ring-type joint, flat face, and raised face.
The F91 grade flanges come in two classes. Class 1 is the most commonly used, while Class 2 is less common.
