The 316L Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is ideal for applications that require precise dimensions. These pipes have less carbide buildup during welding, helping to prevent intergranular and localized corrosion. Seamless pipes are available in sizes from ½ inch to 16 inches. Stainless Steel 316L Welded Pipes come in sizes from ½ inch to 24 inches, and electric fusion welded pipes range from 6 inches to 100 inches. These pipes are perfect for high-pressure and high-temperature uses due to the material’s durability.

The ASTM A312 TP316L Pipe has a minimum yield strength of 205 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa. These pipes can handle high temperatures, up to 870°C. The SS 316L ERW Pipe is made by welding a sheet or strip, either end-to-end or in a spiral. Welded pipes tend to have slightly rougher surfaces and less precise dimensions than seamless pipes.
