What is 800h material?
800H is a high-temperature nickel-iron-chromium alloy designed for use in environments where resistance to heat, creep, and stress rupture is crucial. It is an austenitic alloy made of 30-35% nickel, 19-23% chromium, and 0.15-0.60% carbon, with small amounts of aluminum, titanium, and copper. This alloy offers excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation at high temperatures, making it ideal for furnace and heat-treating applications.
